You can log in to your Plek environment in two ways: with a generic login and with Single Sign-On (SSO).
Logging in with Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you can log in with your organization’s credentials. In many cases, this means that with one set of login details, you can access multiple applications within your organization. This could, for example, be through a Microsoft or Google login portal. You do not have a separate email address and password for Plek; you can only log in using the same method you use for other applications within your organization. Your login details are managed by your organization’s IT department.
Do you have questions about your access to Plek? Please contact your internal IT department.
Logging in with email address and password
If an account has been created for you and your organization does not use Single Sign-On, you can log in with your email address and the associated password. If you encounter an error message or forget your password, you can reset it via the “forgot password” link. If you are logging in for the first time and still need to set your password, you can also do this via the “forgot password” link. Your login details are managed by your organization’s Plek administrator.
