Plek has its own mobile app. After downloading the app, you need to log in to use it. Logging in to the mobile app is done using your email address. After entering your email address, Plek will direct you to the login method your organization uses. This can either be a manual login with an email address and password, or with Single Sign-On (SSO).
Logging in to the app with your email address and password
If you want to log in to the Plek app with your email address and password, follow these steps:
Enter the email address you always use to log in to Plek, and then press Next.
2. Fill in your password and press Next.
You are now logged in to your Plek and are ready to go!
Logging in to the mobile app via Single Sign-On (SSO)
Does your organization use Single Sign-On (SSO)? After entering your email address, you will be redirected directly to your organization’s login page.
Example: If you log in with, for example, gio@plek.co, Plek recognizes your email domain and automatically redirects you to your organization’s Single Sign-On login screen. You then log in using your organization’s credentials. Read more about logging in with SSO here.
Note: If this is your first time logging in and your organization uses Single Sign-On, always log in to the web version of Plek first. This ensures that Plek remembers your credentials are linked to your organization’s Single Sign-On.
